The other side of a GAIL's referral is a **complimentary loaf voucher**, issued **within four hours** of the new member's first paid transaction — and it is capped hard: **one free loaf per day** regardless of how many friends buy that day, and **a maximum of five referrals per calendar month**.

Three caps on a modest reward. That is a deliberate design: GAIL's built a programme to nudge regulars along, not one that can be farmed. It is also why bakery codes do not carpet the coupon sites the way fintech codes do.

## The two rewards that outlast the welcome voucher

The voucher is a one-off. These repeat:
