The TopReferrals link opens refurbished, unlocked iPhones and Samsungs, which the shop's banner puts at up to 70% off, with an iPhone 11 from £100.00. **What do you get with a refurbished phone and with a brand-new one?** Refurbished phones come SIM-free and unlocked, Phonecheck certified, with a 12-month warranty and a 30-day refund window. Brand-new phones carry a 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. **When does the saving show?** At once. The lower price is on the product page and in your basket at checkout. Nothing is paid back later, so there is no cashback to wait for. **What do I need to do to get the price?** Open Phones Direct through the TopReferrals link, pick a refurbished iPhone or Samsung and its condition grade, then check the price at checkout and pay. You do not type in a code. **What happens when the offer period ends?** Phones Direct shows no end date for its refurbished prices. TopReferrals re-checks the offer on the date shown at the top of this page. **Can I get a refund on a refurbished phone?** Yes, within 30 days. Send it back with the original packaging and accessories in the same condition. The cost of used accessories is deducted, and your SIM and personal data are not returned. **How fast is delivery, and which phones are covered?** In-stock next-day items go next day, free, by DPD. Other items take 3 to 5 days. Every refurbished phone is SIM-free and unlocked, so it works on any network. **Is there a Phones Direct student or NHS discount code?** Phones Direct publishes no student or NHS code. The saving is the refurbished price itself, open to all UK shoppers through the TopReferrals link. ## Full review £100.00. That is where a refurbished iPhone 11 starts at [Phones Direct](/referrals/phones-direct), set against a regular price of £488.99 on the same page. The saving is built into the shop price, so there is no code to hunt for and nothing to paste at checkout. Open the shop through the TopReferrals link and you land on refurbished, SIM-free iPhones and Samsungs. The home page banner reads "Save up to 70% When Buying Refurbished". Every phone comes unlocked, with free next-day delivery on in-stock items and a 12-month warranty. ## What you get, in numbers | Refurbished model | Starting price | Regular price | Gap | |---|---|---|---| | iPhone 11 | £100.00 | £488.99 | £388.99 | | iPhone 13 | £161.99 | £598.99 | £437.00 | | iPhone 14 | £189.99 | £598.99 | £409.00 | | iPhone 15 | £304.99 | £698.99 | £394.00 | Each row sets the starting price against the regular price the shop lists beside it. The gap runs from £388.99 on the iPhone 11 to £437.00 on the iPhone 13. The iPhone 17 Pro Max is also listed refurbished, from £1,004.99, for buyers who want a current top-end model. ## How the reward lands There is no bonus paid later, no cashback to wait for and no voucher to land in your inbox. The reward is a lower price on the product page. You see it before you pay, and it is the price you check in your basket. Here is the whole route: 1. Open Phones Direct through https://topreferrals.co.uk/go/phones-direct. 2. Choose a refurbished iPhone or Samsung, then pick its condition grade. 3. Check the sale price at checkout and pay. The footer lists PayPal among the payment options. The shop is open to all UK shoppers, so you do not need to qualify first. ## What a refurbished phone from Phones Direct actually is Refurbished does not mean untested. Phones Direct says each phone is Phonecheck certified and goes through a 40-point check before it ships. Here is what comes with the phone: - **Unlocked for any network.** The phones are SIM-free, so you choose your own tariff and provider. - **A 12-month warranty.** It is shown as a badge on the home page and again on the shipping policy page. - **A condition grade you choose.** You pick the grade when you pick the phone, so you decide the finish you are happy with. - **A 30-day refund window.** Refurbished phones can go back within 30 days. - **Free next-day delivery on in-stock items.** DPD delivers them next day. Anything else arrives in 3 to 5 days. Phones Direct also sells some brand-new phones. They follow different return terms, set out in the fine print below. ## Sizes, plans and devices There is no plan to sign up to. You buy the handset outright. The recent iPhone range is well covered, from the iPhone 11 at £100.00 up through the iPhone 13 at £161.99, the iPhone 14 at £189.99 and the iPhone 15 at £304.99. Samsung phones are sold alongside them. A lower starting price suits a first smartphone, a spare handset or a work phone. A higher one buys a newer model. Because every phone is unlocked, you can move the same handset to a new network later without paying to release it. ## This Christmas at Phones Direct A refurbished iPhone makes a gift with a clear price tag. The iPhone 11 starts at £100.00, and newer models cost more. The phone arrives unlocked, so whoever opens it can use any network. Every refurbished phone has been through the 40-point check and carries a 12-month warranty. If the gift is not right, the 30-day refund window applies. Only in-stock next-day items travel next day, and all other items take 3 to 5 days, so order a little early for a date you care about. ## The fine print, in plain words - **Who it is for:** all UK shoppers. No new-customer offer is published, and there is no minimum spend. - **Dates:** no end date is shown for the refurbished prices. - **Refurbished returns:** send the phone back within 30 days, with the original packaging and accessories in the same condition. The cost of used accessories is deducted. Your SIM and personal data are not returned. - **Brand-new phones:** you have 14 days to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. A restocking fee may apply if the phone has been opened or used. - **Insurance:** the site shows a "Free insurance for 30 days" badge, marked "Terms apply". - **Delivery:** next-day delivery covers in-stock next-day items. Other items take 3 to 5 days. ## Promo codes, coupons and vouchers - **"phones direct promo code"**: none is needed. The lower refurbished prices apply as listed once you open the shop through the TopReferrals link. - **"phones direct voucher code"**: Phones Direct publishes no voucher. A voucher from an undated coupon list or an old social post is not one the shop lists. - **"phones direct discount code first order"**: there is no first-order code. All UK shoppers see the same refurbished prices. - **"phones direct discount code student"** and **"phones direct discount code nhs"**: neither is published. The saving is the refurbished price itself. ## Who gets the most out of it - **Upgraders from an older iPhone.** A recent model at a fraction of its regular price keeps the jump affordable. - **Network switchers.** An unlocked phone moves with you when you change provider. - **Gift buyers.** A fixed price, a 12-month warranty and a 30-day refund window make a clear present. - **Shoppers who want a safety net.** The 40-point check and the warranty back up a lower price. ## How TopReferrals checked this TopReferrals read Phones Direct's home page for the banner, the offer badges and every price in the table. The shipping policy page gave the DPD delivery times, the 40-point check and the warranty and insurance badges. The refund policy page gave the 30-day refurbished refund and the brand-new cancellation terms. The About us page dates the company back to 2012. All pages were read on 16 October 2026, and TopReferrals re-checks the offer on the date shown at the top of this page. Ready to browse?
