How the reward lands

Start with the TopReferrals link: topreferrals.co.uk/go/exitlag. It opens ExitLag's own homepage, so you land straight on the official site. No code is needed, so there is nothing to type in.

Pick the Free Trial from ExitLag's plans page. It is listed there as an option you can choose. ExitLag doesn't say how the trial is started or when it ends.

Once you subscribe, you can request a refund within 7 days of subscription. ExitLag's terms of service cover the details. TopReferrals doesn't say how a refund request is handled.

Every step happens on ExitLag's own pages, so you see the official offer before you commit. The offer is for new UK customers. If you see high ping or packet loss in your games, the free trial lets you test ExitLag on your own connection first.

What ExitLag actually does

ExitLag is a paid app for PC and mobile. It routes your game traffic over alternative paths. ExitLag says this cuts ping, lag and packet loss. Its homepage asks you to "Reduce lag in games".

• Games and apps: 4,000+ titles are covered, according to ExitLag's homepage.
• Servers: 1,500+ are listed on its network.
• Users: ExitLag says 30M+ people use it.

The 4,000+ figure counts games and apps together, so the list covers more than games alone. The figure comes from ExitLag's homepage, not from TopReferrals.

The app is built for online gamers who face high ping or packet loss. ExitLag offers a Squad plan that suits a group of friends. A group can share it while they play together.

Plans, the free trial and the refund window

The TopReferrals link opens ExitLag's homepage. The plans page lists a Free Trial, so you can test the app before you commit. ExitLag doesn't say how long that trial runs.

The offer is a free trial, not a cash sum, so there is no amount to claim. This page doesn't print plan prices, so you'll need the plans page for those.

ExitLag's homepage says you can request a refund within 7 days of subscribing. Its terms of service set out the rest of the refund process. ExitLag is a digital app, so nothing gets posted to you.

Why the trial is worth a look

Use the trial on the games you already play. See whether your ping and lag drop during real matches. Test first, then decide once you have seen the results in your own games.

No code is needed. The TopReferrals link takes you straight to the offer.

All figures here come from ExitLag's own pages, checked on 18 October 2026.

The fine print, in plain words

ExitLag's homepage says a refund request is available within 7 days of subscription. That 7-day window starts when you subscribe. The official terms of service set out the details, including exclusions.

ExitLag doesn't say how long its Free Trial runs, or what happens when it ends. ExitLag doesn't say whether the offer has a minimum spend or an expiry date. ExitLag doesn't say whether gift subscriptions exist.

Promo codes, coupons and vouchers

No code is needed for ExitLag. Coupon pages turn up in search, but the offer you need is the free trial and the 7-day refund window.

• Players with packet loss: the homepage says ExitLag covers 4,000+ games and apps, across 1,500+ servers.
• Squad players: the Squad plan suits a group of friends who play together online.
• Family gamers: a digital subscription makes a practical gift for a gamer at home.

How TopReferrals checked this

TopReferrals read three pages on the ExitLag website on 18 October 2026. The homepage, at exitlag.com, described the app and its game and server figures. The plans page, also on exitlag.com, lists a Free Trial. The terms of service page sets out the refund window.

The homepage gave a refund request window of 7 days from subscription. It also gave 4,000+ games and apps and 1,500+ servers. The plans page named the Free Trial but did not state how long it runs. No plan prices appeared in the text TopReferrals could read, so none appear here.

TopReferrals re-checks the offer on the date shown at the top of the page. The offer shown here is the free trial and refund window, and nothing beyond what those pages state. Where ExitLag's own pages say nothing on a point, this section says so and makes no guess. ExitLag doesn't say how the trial starts or how to claim it.
