Clearpay Referral Code — £10 towards a £50 order
A 20% discount when your basket lands at £50, spread over four interest-free instalments. Size the basket to the threshold and it is the sharpest single-purchase rate we list.
£10 of referral credit for a new Clearpay customer, applied to an eligible purchase of £50 or more and paid across four interest-free instalments.
Clearpay referral code BEHZA-T6T77 (clearpay.onelink.me/ah1q/y29lzkhk) gives a new UK customer £10 of referral credit towards an eligible purchase of £50 or more, with the balance split into four interest-free instalments taken fortnightly. Clearpay defines a new customer as having no active account and none in the previous 12 calendar months; 18+, permanent UK resident. The programme is in-app only and capped at five referrals per customer. Every figure is read straight from Clearpay's own published terms.
How the Clearpay referral code works
- Install the Clearpay app and enter BEHZA-T6T77 during sign-up — the programme is in-app only.
- Pass Clearpay's checks: 18+, permanently resident in the UK, and new to Clearpay.
- Shop at an eligible retailer with a basket of £50 or more; the £10 comes off at checkout.
- Clear the four fortnightly instalments on time — the first missed one costs £6.
Who's eligible
New Clearpay customers only: no active account, and none held in the previous 12 calendar months. Aged 18 or over and permanently resident in the UK, excluding the Channel Islands. The code must be entered at sign-up in the app, and the £10 applies only to an eligible purchase of £50 or more. Five referrals per customer.
What you get
£10 of referral credit, usable against an eligible Clearpay purchase of £50 or more, with the remaining balance split into four interest-free instalments taken every fortnight.
The threshold is the whole story, because it makes this reward behave backwards to most:
| Basket | Effective discount |
|---|---|
| £45 | Nothing — under the threshold |
| £50 | 20% |
| £80 | 12.5% |
| £150 | 6.7% |
| £300 | 3.3% |
Most referral rewards scale with what you spend. This one is worth most on the smallest basket that clears £50. If you have a £50–£60 purchase lined up at a Clearpay retailer, that is the moment to spend it — not a £300 one.
Both sides are paid
The person who invited you receives £10 off their own next eligible £50+ purchase, released once your first Clearpay order completes. Neither side is paid at sign-up alone.
Who Clearpay will accept
- No Clearpay account now, and none in the previous 12 calendar months. A dormant account you opened last year is enough to disqualify you.
- 18 or over, and permanently resident in the UK. The Channel Islands are excluded.
- The code goes in during sign-up, in the app. Clearpay's referral screen states the programme is in-app only, so there is no web route.
- Five referrals per customer — a hard ceiling once you are in.
Payment schedule
The instalments themselves are genuinely interest-free. Pay the four payments on schedule and Clearpay costs nothing. The schedule is straightforward:
| Event | Cost |
|---|---|
| Instalment missed | £6 |
| Still unpaid after 7 days | +£6 |
| Cap, orders under £24 | £6 |
| Cap, orders £24+ | Lower of £24 or 25% of the order |
Clearpay sets these out in its published terms, so the four dates are worth a calendar entry.
About the product
Clearpay states that its credit is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. Buy-now-pay-later in this four-instalment shape has sat outside the FCA's consumer-credit regime in the UK, which means the affordability, disclosure and complaint protections you would expect from a regulated agreement do not apply in the same way.
Clearpay Finance Limited is a real UK company, registered in England and Wales under number 05198026, and the brand is the UK face of the Australian business Afterpay, bought by Block, Inc. in a deal completed in 2022. The company is not in question — the regulatory perimeter simply is where it is, and a page recommending the product should say so.
Against the other pay-later rewards here
| Clearpay | Klarna | Zilch | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Joiner receives | £10 credit | £10 to the balance | £5 in Rewards |
| Condition | One £50+ purchase | Three card purchases of £10+ | Finish sign-up and ID checks |

| Referral cap | 5 | Uncapped | None published |
Clearpay pays the most per qualifying basket, Zilch asks the least of you, Klarna sits between the two and produces the most flexible money.
Who it suits
| You are | Verdict |
|---|---|
| About to spend £50–£60 at a Clearpay retailer | Strong — a fifth off a purchase you were making |
| A disciplined pay-later user | Good — interest-free, and the fees never trigger |
| Buying something under £50 | Save it — the credit waits for a £50 basket |
| Keen to keep it simple | Diarise the four dates — on time, the instalments cost nothing |
Where these figures come from
The £10 reward, the £50 minimum, the definition of a new customer and the age and residency requirements are taken from Clearpay's own Refer Terms. The instalment schedule and the fee table come from Clearpay's published product and fee terms. The five-referral limit and the in-app-only restriction are quoted from Clearpay's in-app referral screen. Clearpay can change these terms without notice; we re-check the link daily and re-read the terms on the verification date above.
The Clearpay referral code is verified and the link is live — it takes under a minute to claim.
Frequently asked questions
What does a new Clearpay customer receive?
A promotional code worth £10 of referral credit, redeemable against an eligible Clearpay purchase of £50 or more. It is a threshold discount rather than free money — below £50 it does nothing.
When is the £10 worth most?
On a basket of exactly £50, where it is a 20% discount. At £100 it is 10%, at £250 it is 4%. Unusually for a referral, this one rewards the smallest qualifying order rather than the biggest.
Who counts as new?
Someone with no active Clearpay account who has not held one in the previous 12 calendar months, aged 18 or over and permanently resident in the UK. The Channel Islands are excluded. A dormant account from last year disqualifies you.
What happens if I miss an instalment?
£6 immediately, and another £6 if it is still outstanding after seven days. Fees are capped at £6 on orders under £24, and at the lower of £24 or a quarter of the order value above that.
Is Clearpay FCA-regulated?
No. Clearpay states that its credit is not regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority, so the protections attached to a regulated credit agreement do not apply in the same way. Clearpay Finance Limited is a genuine UK company, number 05198026, but the product sits outside the consumer-credit regime.
How many people can I refer?
Five. Clearpay's in-app screen states a limit of five referrals per customer, which makes this one of the few genuinely capped programmes in the directory.
