5 GB for 30 days, priced beside the big names
The fastest way to judge a travel eSIM: price one 5 GB plan in the places you actually go. Here are eSIMology's prices on 7 November 2026 beside Airalo's and Saily's, read from their own UK pages on 6 November 2026.
| Destination | eSIMology | Airalo | Saily |
|---|---|---|---|
| Japan | £6.99, 30 days | £8.00, 7 days | £8.49, 30 days |
| USA | £8.99, 30 days | £10.00, 7 days | £10.99, 30 days |

| Mexico | £8.99, 30 days | £9.50, 7 days | £11.49, 30 days |
In all eight destinations, eSIMology's 5 GB plan costs less than Airalo's and Saily's, and it lasts 30 days where Airalo's lasts 7. Against Airalo the saving runs from 5% to 14%. Airalo and Saily carry their own TopReferrals rewards, so weigh each final price with its reward before you buy.
How the reward lands
Start with the eSIMology link. It opens eSIMology with TopReferrals' referral already attached, so there is nothing to type.
- Pick your destination: one country, a region such as Europe (35 countries), or Global (117 countries) at £22.49 for 5 GB over 30 days.
- Choose fixed data, where most plans last 30 days, or a daily-data plan from 500 MB to 10 GB a day.
- Pay by card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, in pounds, euros or US dollars.
- Your eSIM arrives by email and on your order page the moment the payment clears. Scan the QR code or tap to install.
Every order then pays 5% back as store credit, and the £5 first-order credit lands with your first eSIM. Need more data mid-trip? Top up any time.
Install before you fly, switch on when you land
An eSIM is a SIM profile you download instead of a plastic card. It sits beside your UK SIM, so your number still takes calls and texts while the travel eSIM carries your data. Install it at home on wi-fi, then switch it on when the plane lands. eSIMology's install guide walks you through it step by step.
Not sure your phone takes an eSIM? The free eSIM phone checker answers in seconds. Your phone also needs to be unlocked for any travel eSIM to connect.

How much data do you need?
Maps, messages and browsing use little data. Video calls, streaming and photo backups use far more. A week of light use sits well inside 5 GB; a fortnight of heavy use calls for 10 GB or a daily plan. eSIMology's data guide turns your trip into a number before you pay.
The refund promise, in plain words
An eSIM you never installed can be cancelled within 30 days for a full refund, back to the card or wallet you paid with. If an installed eSIM won't connect, eSIMology's support fixes it, or replaces or refunds it. Read the full refund promise before you buy.
