Who's eligible
New VOXI customers in the UK who arrive through the referral link, fill in the friend landing page, and choose a plan of £10 a month or more. No promotional code may be used at checkout — that includes the student one-month-free code — and both people must pay for two plans within 60 days, without a pause, and still be active when the reward is claimed.
The size of a VOXI referral reward is decided by one choice: the plan you join on. Pick the £20 plan or the £35 Unlimited plan and the gift card is the largest VOXI pays — £40 while Double Rewards runs to 7 October 2026. Pick the £10 plan and it is the smallest. Everything else about the offer follows from that.

Plan by plan: what each one earns
VOXI's Friends with Benefits terms set a reward for each plan, paid identically to you and to the person who invited you. The Double Rewards clause, added to the terms on 7 July 2026, doubles every tier for referrals made between 7 July and 7 October 2026.

Double Rewards is running now, so the right-hand column is what you receive. The £20 plan is the efficient pick: it reaches the top tier at £15 a month less than Unlimited, and it carries every unlimited-app bundle VOXI offers.
There is one condition attached to the choice. If you change plan before your second payment, both rewards drop to the lower plan's tier. Join on £20, switch to £10 in the first month, and both sides get the £10-plan figure.
The gift card, and how it reaches you
The reward is not credit on your bill. It is a gift card you choose once it is earned: Amazon.co.uk, Just Eat, or cash to PayPal. The PayPal option requires the PayPal account to use the same email address as your VOXI account, which is worth checking before you sign up.
VOXI's referrals are administered by Buyapowa Limited. When both people have made two payments, Buyapowa emails each of you a secure claim link, and the clock starts: 90 days to claim from the day the email arrives. VOXI's help centre notes that a friend's payments can take an extra day to show on the referral dashboard, so a short delay is normal rather than a sign of a problem.
The conditions, in one list
From VOXI's terms, for you as the new joiner:
- Arrive through the link and complete the friend landing page. Signing up through a separate route afterwards means the referral is not tracked.
- Choose a plan of £10 a month or more — every current VOXI plan qualifies.
- Use no promotional code at checkout. VOXI names the one-month-free code as an example, and says joining via student certification also invalidates the referral.
- Buy two plans within 60 days of your first payment, with no pause.
- Hold an active plan when you claim.
The person who invited you must be an active customer when you join, pay for two plans of their own within 60 days, and be active at the claim. VOXI caps anyone's rewards at £2,000 a year.
What kind of network VOXI is
VOXI is Vodafone's own SIM-only brand — the trading name of Vodafone Limited, company number 1471587 — running on the combined Vodafone and Three network that VOXI calls The Nation's Network. Plans include 5G, WiFi Calling, 4G Calling and Visual Voicemail, and all are available as an eSIM, which VOXI says can have you connected in about ten minutes.
The distinctive part is the zero-rated data. Unlimited social media comes with every plan: the selected social apps in the UK do not touch your allowance. Music apps are added from £12, and video apps, YouTube included, from £15. VOXI's terms add the fine print — some traffic inside those apps (third-party adverts, links out to websites) can still draw on general data, calls made through social apps are not covered, and apps need to be kept up to date.
Contracts do not exist here. Every plan is a rolling 30-day subscription at a locked monthly price, and you can change, pause or cancel whenever you like. Abroad, a European Roaming Pass from £2.45 a day (cheaper as an 8- or 15-day pass) carries the plan across the EU and neighbouring destinations, with a 20GB fair-use limit.
Existing customers also get VOXI Drop, a monthly giveaway of up to 60,000 rewards claimed through the account; VOXI's loyalty scheme took Gold for Best Loyalty Campaign at the IPM Loyalty Awards 2025.
Students: two routes, pick one
VOXI's student offer — verified through GoCertify at checkout or through UNiDAYS or Student Beans — adds a free first month and boosted data: 80GB on £10, 125GB on £12, 200GB on £15 and 500GB on £20. The referral terms keep the two apart: joining through student certification, or with the one-month-free code, invalidates the referral. A student who wants the gift card joins through https://join.voxi.co.uk/LTYEql at the standard price; a student who wants the free month takes the student route. Anyone already on a student plan can start referring friends as soon as the plan is active.

VOXI against SMARTY
SMARTY runs the closest comparable scheme, also administered by Buyapowa. Its refer-a-friend page, read on 22 September 2026, offers up to £20 each — the £20 needs a plan of £15 or more, with lower plans earning £10 or £5 — paid after the friend's plan renews, which SMARTY's page puts at month three. Rewards come as PayPal cash or Amazon.co.uk, John Lewis & Partners or Uber gift cards.
Under Double Rewards VOXI's top tier is twice SMARTY's, and it is paid after two months rather than three. The larger question is how you use data: if most of it goes on social apps and video, VOXI's zero-rating changes what you need to pay for.
