SIM-only networks pay for new customers with gift cards, and the size of the card tracks the plan the new customer picks — so the reward and the monthly bill have to be read together. The programme we cover is VOXI, Vodafone's SIM-only brand on the combined Vodafone and Three network, whose Friends with Benefits scheme pays each side £10, £15 or £20 by plan tier, doubled to £20, £30 or £40 for referrals made between 7 July and 7 October 2026. Every VOXI plan is a rolling 30-day subscription with unlimited social media data. The reward is paid once both sides have paid two months, as an Amazon.co.uk or Just Eat gift card or PayPal cash. We publish the tier for every plan, not just the headline maximum.

What to look for here

  • A licensed UK network or an operator running on one, with plans sold direct

Which UK SIM-only network pays the biggest referral reward in 2026?

VOXI's Double Rewards pays up to £40 each — on the £20 (100GB) plan or the £35 Unlimited plan — for referrals made by 7 October 2026, after both sides have paid two months. Outside a double period VOXI's maximum is £20 each.

Why does the reward depend on the plan?

Because the network is paying for a customer, and a customer on a bigger plan is worth more to it. VOXI ties each tier to the new joiner's plan and, if the plan changes before the second payment, pays on the lower of the two — so join on the plan you mean to keep.

Can I combine a network's referral with a student or promo code?

Usually not. VOXI's terms say a promo code at checkout, including its student one-month-free code, invalidates the referral. Choose one route at sign-up: the referral link for the gift card, or the student route for the free month and boosted data.
